Nov 10, 2015 – OXFORD, Ohio—Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity is seeking candidates for the Operational Services Coordinator and Educational and Leadership Consultant positions.

    These full-time positions are based in Oxford and have competitive salaries and benefits.     Delta Sigma Pi’s Central Office (National Headquarters) is located in southwest Ohio, near Cincinnati and adjacent to Miami University in Oxford. Operational Services Coordinator 
Candidates for this position should have a strong willingness and desire to learn new skills, have great communications skills, and be able to multitask with many unrelated projects at once.  The Operational Services Coordinator must be comfortable with using high-level technology, including experience with or a strong interest in learning  SQL, HTML and other technologies. The Coordinator will identify/fix issues and help maintain the office’s IT environment and relationship with technology vendors. The Coordinator will also assist the Director of Information and Operational Services in maintaining relationships with career, travel and educational partners by seeing that their promotional expectations and contractual requirements are met. Educational and Leadership Consultant 
Consultants have the unique opportunity to visit chapters across the country to improve chapter operations and work directly with university/business school administration. As consultants grow their professional portfolio and give back to the Fraternity, they gain valuable skills such as interpersonal communication, public speaking, conflict resolution, relationship management and creative and analytical problem solving.
