Everyone has leadership, but it must be developed and EXERCISED!  “Exercise Your Leadership” will challenge students to stop being followers and use their influence through the choices they make, the influence they have on others, and the way they respond to adversity by developing a strong character and the muscle they need to create more leaders, not followers.
