The Board of Directors will meet in Cleveland, OH starting at 12:30 p.m. on July 10th with a tentative end time on the 11th at 6:00 p.m. The Board of Directors meets to discuss policy recommendations and strategic plans for the Fraternity. 

The Board of Directors meetings shall be open to all members of the Fraternity, as observers only, except in those instances when, by a three-fourths (3/4) vote, the Board of Directors elects to go into closed session.
