About the Presenter

Onuka Ibe, Truman State (MO) , is a Senior Manager with La Piana Consulting, where he guides nonprofit and foundation boards and executives to develop strategy, explore mergers and alliances, improve board governance and leadership, and cultivate a structure and culture that positions their organizations to advance their missions. Onuka served as Delta Sigma Pi’s Grand President from 2013-2017. He currently sits on both the Fraternity and Leadership Foundation boards and chairs the Fraternity’s Nominations Committee. He previously served in several national officer positions and as Grand Chapter Congress Chancellor.
