About the Presenter:
Rhonda Travers is a business-oriented leader recognized for making a positive impact, building teams and talent, and driving results. With over 25 years in internal audit, risk, and compliance leadership roles, Rhonda recently fulfilled her passion for
educating business leaders and coaching professionals by launching Travers Training & Consulting LLC.
Rhonda brings a unique and collaborative approach to internal control & risk analysis, process improvement, and training & development. She also empowers professionals to reach their full potential for career development and shares her knowledge
through internal training presentations and speaking engagements. Rhonda is also committed to making a difference through positive community development. She served as a volunteer for the American Cancer Society on the Relay For Life Event Leadership
Team for over 15 years and is currently the Missouri Area Relay Leadership Team– Coaching and Development Lead. Rhonda is also involved with the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri within the Women’s Leadership Network Steering Committee and
is on the Leadership Team for Little Black Book - Women in Business. She has also served as an active member of the Board of
Governors for the St. Louis Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors for over 10 years.
Rhonda earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Millikin University. She completed the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certifications.
