Join us to learn how strategic planning takes place in the corporate environment, and how you can practice those skills within your chapter.  A strong strategic plan allows your chapter to start the semester off on the right foot and accomplish your goals.  In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn strategic planning best practices and practice implementing them using your chapter/officer goals and case studies.  Using the toolkit provided in this workshop, you’ll improve member engagement, chapter operations, and chapter events.

About the Presenter:

NoeNMM Headshotl (Niles) Miller is a professional project manager with 8+ years of experience across a variety of industries. She's an active national volunteer leader within Delta Sigma Pi, having started her collegiate chapter (Pi Tau – Albion) in 2007. She holds an MBA in corporate and competitive strategy and currently works at Lands’ End in Wisconsin. Brother Miller’s leadership skills have been recognized by Lands’ End with an appointment to their corporate D&I Council, and by her church where she serves as a board member & Council Secretary. Noel resides in Madison with her husband David, their son Jordan, and their two cats, Oona & Al. In her free time, Noel is often found at the barn with her two horses, Cody & Sierra. Brother Miller has presented to chapters across the country on various topics during the COVID pandemic and is passionate about helping Brothers recognize how “by research & practice” applies in chapter operations, our careers, and our service to humankind.
