We will be holding a special-called virtual Board of Directors meeting on July 15 at 8 p.m. Eastern. The Board of Directors meets to discuss policy recommendations and strategic plans for the Fraternity. 

The Board of Directors meetings shall be open to all members of the Fraternity, as observers only, except in those instances when, by a three-fourths (3/4) vote, the Board of Directors elects to go into closed session. Due to the virtual nature of the meeting, space is limited. Brothers interested in attending must request access by emailing deltasigmapi@dsp.org no later than 5 p.m. Eastern time the day of the meeting.
