This National Volunteer Leadership Retreat is to help enhance the leadership skills and build the professional networks of Delta Sigma Pi members.
All alumni members interested in attending are encouraged to register, but due to space limitations, all registrations will be reviewed and invited members will receive priority registration. If the registration is not approved, registrants will receive a full refund.

RETREAT DATE AND TIME:

Registration opens Friday, August 3, 2018 from 5:00-7:30 p.m.
Program begins at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and continues until noon on Sunday
PRICE:
--$55 if registered by 6/18/18 (Registration must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST)
--$75 if registered on or after 6/19/18
An educational grant from the Leadership Foundation and funding from the Fraternity allow this event to be held with a significantly discounted registration fee. This training is focused on leadership development and your costs may be covered by employers for professional development training. Use this information sheet and inquire to see if your employer will cover your travel and/or registration costs!
Cancelled registrations will be refunded in full, less a 10% per person service fee, if the written cancellation notice is received at the Central Office within 10 days of the event. Cancellation requests can be sent to registration@dsp.org.

A room block is available until July 15 at a negotiated rate of $119/night plus tax + tax for up to 4 people in a room and includes complimentary internet in guestrooms. For reservations, please call 888-421-1442 or book online. Hotel Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is by 12 noon.
Parking: Free self-parking is available. DFW Airport tollbooths are located at both North and South entrances to the airport. A parking tollbooth ticket should be retrieved upon entry through a Ticket Only lane. Once inside DFW Airport, follow the signs for Terminal C/Hyatt Regency DFW. Park in the garage located across from the hotel main entrance. Please keep your tollgate parking ticket and have it stamped at the Guest Services or the Front Desk, just prior to leaving the hotel.
NOTE: For those guests with an NTTA tolltag on their automobile, enter DFW Airport through a Ticket Only lane. Upon departure, exit DFW Airport through a Ticket/Cash/Credit Card lane. Entering or exiting DFW Airport Tolltag lane will result in a charge to your tolltag account. For best results of avoiding charges to your NTTA account, turn off your tolltag for use at DFW Airport at the www.ntta.org website, prior to your visit.
DRESS
Dress for the event is casual. (Remember, hotel/meeting rooms are often cool, so dress accordingly.) Depending on where you go for extracurricular activities and other meals during the weekend, you might need something dressy casual or business casual.
