The 2017 South Central LEAD Provincial Conference launches off in the Space City!

  • Provincial Council meeting (required for delegates) Sunday, March 5, 2017 at 8:30 am (Credentials will be open at 8:00 am)

Conference Details:

Leadership and Excellence Academies for Deltasigs (LEAD) focus on educational development of all members of the Fraternity. LEAD provides opportunities for you to maximize your potential in areas of personal, professional, leadership and fraternal development. Grants are provided by the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation to the Fraternity which in turn results in lower registration fees for all attendees. The full registration fee for the LEAD Provincial Conference includes educational, leadership and professional development sessions, lunch, dinner and entertainment, conference materials and unlimited networking opportunities for all attendees.

Price:

• $95 if registered by 12/13/2016 (registration must be received by 11:59 pm EST)--register before this deadline for a chance to win a free (non-transferable) fall 2017 LEAD School registration!
• $115 if registered by 1/31/2017 (registration must be received by 11:59 pm EST)
• $140 if registered by 3/4/2017

Registration Details:

Registration fees do not cover any hotel expenses. Hotel reservations must be made directly between the registrant and the hotel. Special rates have been negotiated with the hotel. Please mention that you are with Delta Sigma Pi when you make your reservation in order to receive the special rate.

Registration fees include lunch and dinner on Saturday, but do not include any other meals.

All fees are payable in full, in advance, in U.S. Dollars.

Cancelled registrations will be refunded in full less a 10% processing charge. Refunds can be requested by emailing registration@dsp.org. The cancellation notice must be received at the Central Office at least 10 days before the start of the LEAD event. Cancellations received after that are not eligible for any refund. Transfer of registrations should be submitted in writing to registration@dsp.org by the original registrant. A $20 service fee paid by the new registrant will be incurred at the time of registration.

Participants at the LEAD are expected to comply with the Delta Sigma Pi Risk Management, Insurance, and Conduct Policies, state and local laws, and guest policies of the hotel. All attendees are required to sign the Event Conduct Agreement in order to participate.

Pledges may register at the EARLY RATE up to 10 days before the conference or the REGULAR RATE up to five days before the conference by calling (513) 523-1907 extension 244 as space is available. Otherwise, the prevailing rate applies.

Recommendations and Alternates:

To submit a recommendation for an upcoming Provincial Council meeting, please use our recommendation template. All recommendations must be submitted to the South Central Provincial Vice President at least 45 days prior to the council meeting.

Alternates—selected in the event that alumni or collegiate chapter presidents are unable to attend Provincial Council meetings—may be reported via the Hub.
