The form will let us know which nationally\n re cognized officer will be attending Presidents&rsquo\; Academy (in the even t the chapter president is unable to attend) or that the chapter has not y et elected officers for January. All chapters must submit the form by Dece mber 1. Once the chapter\n reports their chapter representative\, the r epresentative will receive further instructions to register for the 2026 P residents&rsquo\; Academy. \; \;CANCELLATION POLICY:\n \nIn the ev ent you need to cancel your attendance at the Academy\, \;you (the tra veler) must contact the Fraternity&rsquo\;s Travel Agent immediately at pa travel@dsp.org or call 815-979-7043. It is the responsibility of the trave ler to make certain that all airline\, train\, hotel\, car and shuttle ser vices are canceled. If the Travel Agent cannot be reached\, the traveler m ust contact the airline/train and Central Office staff meeting host\, as s oon as possible.If the airline ticket is nonrefundable\, a credit will be issued in the traveler&rsquo\;s name for future travel on that airline min us the exchange fees. The credit is good for travel up to one year after t he ticket issue date.The full cost of the airline ticket (train or other) as paid by Delta Sigma Pi will be due from the traveler within 30 days of cancellation.
