 To start the registration process\, chapter presidents should submit the &
 ldquo\;Presidents&rsquo\; Academy Officer Selection&rdquo\; Form in the Hu
 b. The form will let us know which nationally\n    recognized officer will
  be attending Presidents&rsquo\; Academy (in the event the chapter preside
 nt is unable to attend) or that the chapter has not yet elected officers f
 or January. All chapters must submit the form by the November 20 deadline.
  Once\n    the chapter reports their chapter representative\, the represen
 tative will receive further instructions to register for the 2023 Presiden
 ts&rsquo\; Academy.TRAVEL &amp\; HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS:We are happy to announ
 ce that for the 2023 event\, all registration fees\, lodging expenses\, re
 asonable travel and food during the event will be paid for by the national
  Fraternity and Leadership\n    Foundation. (That means FREE for your chap
 ter!) The chapter will still need to budget (approximately $100) for minim
 al incidental expenses such as airport parking\, baggage fees and food to 
 and from the conference. Your Chapter Leadership Fund would\n    be eligib
 le to be used for these expenses. All events will take place at the Sherat
 on Westport Lakeside Chalet. Once you register\, Delta Sigma Pi's Travel A
 gent will contact you to secure the most appropriate travel arrangements (
 flight\, train\, car\,\n    etc.) -- do NOT book your own travel or hotel.
 CANCELLATION POLICY:\n \nIn the event you need to cancel your attendance a
 t the Academy\, you (the traveler) must contact the Fraternity&rsquo\;s Tr
 avel Agent immediately at maria@innovative-meetings.com or call 856-494-64
 90. It is the responsibility of the traveler to make certain that all airl
 ine\, train\, hotel\, car and shuttle services are canceled. If the Travel
  Agent cannot be reached\, the traveler must contact the airline/train\, a
 nd Central Office\n    Staff meeting host\, as soon as possible.\n    If t
 he airline ticket is nonrefundable\, a credit will be issued in the travel
 er&rsquo\;s name for future travel on that airline minus the exchange fees
 . The credit is good for travel up to one year after the ticket issue date
 .\n    The full cost of the airline ticket (train or other) as paid by Del
 ta Sigma Pi will be due from the traveler within 30 days of cancellation. 
 If the traveler does not submit reimbursement of the cost to the Central O
