Leadership and Excellence Academies for Deltasigs (LEAD) events provide opportunities for Deltasigs—both collegiate and alumni members—to build professional, leadership, and personal skills in an effective way while also having fun. LEAD events provide opportunities for collegiate and alumni members to maximize potential in professional and civic leadership, Fraternity involvement, and personal life. From collegiate members to mid-career alumni to Deltasigs preparing for retirement, everyone can benefit from LEAD events.

LEAD Schools are offered every fall, and LEAD Provincial Conferences are offered every spring. Held in different cities and areas of the country, LEAD events help you become a better leader and make connections with your fellow Deltasigs.

Registration fees for these events are offset by grants from Delta Sigma Pi’s Leadership Foundation. The Leadership Foundation’s annual grants help defray registration fees for attendees—making leadership training accessible for all Deltasigs. Wherever you are in the country and in your career, LEAD events offer a great opportunity to improve your leadership skills, build relationships, and become a more effective Deltasig.
